Brown Wine & Spirits has been a family owned and operated
business in Columbia Maryland since 1982. The owners, Roy and Kimberly
Bates, have lived in Howard county all of their lives. The store has always
been committed to providing a superior selection of top brands as well
as a variety of interesting offerings from smaller, more exclusive manufacturers.
With a strong emphasis on community, Owen Brown Wine & Spirits prides
itself on offering its customers consistent friendly neighborhood service.
